MELROSE — The Mustangs used a third-quarter touchdown to end the Wildcats’ winning streak at six games and earn a share of the Dairyland Conference title.
Melrose-Mindoro pushed its way into a tie with Blair-Taylor and Whitehall for a piece of its first conference title since 2003. Blair-Taylor, which led 7-6 at the half, had won 13 straight Dairyland games before Thursday.
